News for Employees to Use.

People often come to us with questions and concerns about the law with respect to their specific job or industry after they have been getting deprived of pay or benefits they deserve for years. Too often we encounter employees who are taken advantage of in ways that they don’t even know.

This page is an attempt to remedy that. At McGillivary Steele Elkin, we know that it’s not the corporation, big business or the government that runs itself- it’s people like you. We spend our days fighting for what you deserve. The first step is knowing your rights, which we vow to inform you about.

Contact us with any questions, and PAY Attention.
