On October 12, 2022, OrthoAlaska, LLC discovered that its network had been subject to to unauthorized activity and began investigating. OrthoAlaska, LLC finished its investigation and determined that its employees and/or customers’ personal information may have been compromised, including:

  • Name
  • Financial account number
  • Credit/debit card number with security code/PIN

OrthoAlaska, LLC notified the current and former employees and/or customers whose personal information was compromised on October 11. 2023.
