McGillivary Steele Elkin LLP (MSE) has agreed to co-counsel a developing unpaid-overtime claim case against Floor & Décor Outlets of America (F&D) on behalf of current and former employees who have worked for F&D as Warehouse Associates, Pro Services Associates, Customer Service Sales Associates, Sales Associates, Sales Consultants, and Overnight Stockers, among other positions (“Hourly Workers”).

The claims in this case, which were brought forth by a former employee, are that F&D did not pay Hourly Workers overtime for all hours worked over forty hours at the rate of one-and-one-half times their regular rates of pay. The individual also claimed that F&D deleted time from Hourly Workers’ recorded hours in the computer system to reduce labor costs, in addition to several other claims.
