Keith has been with McGillivary Steele Elkin LLP for more than 30 years. As Litigation Director, he is responsible for managing the multi-plaintiff/multi-grievant actions, which includes coordinating the work of the attorneys, paralegals, and consultants; analyzing and performing back pay damage calculations; and assisting with litigation and settlement negotiations.
Keith has represented the firm at numerous arbitrations, court hearings and settlement conferences and has served multiple times as a fact witness at trial in U.S. Federal courts. Keith also worked as an expert witness on behalf of plaintiffs for a court case filed in the Southern District of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Keith graduated from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester. Keith also worked for more than two years as an analyst for the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
