Abdalla, et al. v. United States
This is the second case filed on behalf of Air Traffic Controllers who were unable to join Abbey v. United States for claims of improper regular rate payment and improper payment of credit hours instead of time and one-half overtime pay when controllers had accrued 24 or more credit hours.

Abrom, et al. v. United States (Beaumont HDP)
This lawsuit is brought on behalf of current and former bargaining unit employees at FCC Beaumont to recover hazardous duty pay (“HDP”) and environmental differential pay (“EDP”) under Title 5 of the U.S. Code, for exposure to the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) while working at FCC Beaumont. The lawsuit also includes a claim for increased FLSA overtime pay based on the Government’s failure to include the HDP and/or EDP differentials in plaintiffs’ regular rate of pay when overtime was paid.
