How often should I update my contact information with your firm?

You should update your contact information every time that it changes. You may complete the change of address form, send us an email to info@mselaborlaw.com, or you may send us a fax at (202) 452-1090 to update your address and/or phone numbers. Please include your full name, updated contact information, the name of the case (Local number or name of agency being sued), and for verification purposes, the last 4 digits of your social security number. Additionally, please take notice that to avoid any clerical errors, we will not update your contact information over the phone.

I recently moved, how do I provide you with my new address and phone numbers?

How can I find out if I am a plaintiff or grievant in a particular case?

To find out if you are included in a lawsuit or grievance handled by our office, call our toll-free number at 1-866-833-8860 or e-mail us at info@mselaborlaw.com to contact one of our paralegals. Please be prepared to provide your first and last name, last four digits of your social security number, and the name of the case in which you are involved. If you do not know the exact name of the case, please be prepared to provide a reference such as your local union number or the name of the company/agency being sued.

I do not have the username and password to access the status updates for my case on your website. How may I get that information to access the updates?

If your case is listed on the “Case Status” section of our website, you may be able to obtain the unique username and password by referencing the letter originally sent with a copy of your endorsed consent form and retainer agreement. If you have misplaced or did not receive a letter from our firm, you may send us an e-mail request at (info@mselaborlaw.com) or a fax at (202) 452-1090 asking for the username and password for your case. Please be prepared to provide your first and last name, last four digits of your social security number and the name of the case in which you are involved. If you do not know the exact name of the case, please be prepared to provide a reference such as you local union number or the name of the company/agency being sued. Once we verify that you are a plaintiff or grievant, we will either reply to your e-mail or call you to give you the username and password.

My case is not listed on your website, how may I obtain information about my case?

If your case is not listed on our website, please e-mail us at (info@mselaborlaw.com) or call our toll-free number at 1-866-833-8860 to obtain a status of your case. Please be prepared to provide your full name, the last four digits of your social security number and the name of the case (Local number or name of agency being sued) in which we represent you.
