On December 10, 2019, McGillivary Steele Elkin LLP and the Yezbak Law Offices filed a nationwide collective action on behalf of Germma Hammond, a former Floor and Décor Hourly Worker who had his recorded hours deleted in the computer system to reduce labor costs and was not paid for all of his overtime in violation of the FLSA.

If you worked for Floor & Décor any time after December 10, 2016 with the title of Warehouse Associate, Pro Services Associate, Customer Service Sales Associate, Sales Associate, Sales Consultant, and Overnight Stocker, among other Hourly Worker positions, and were not paid for all of your overtime (i.e., 1.5 times your regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek), you can request information on how to join the lawsuit by filling out the webform below.

If you need assistance in determining your eligibility to join this case, email us at flooranddecorlawsuit@mselaborlaw.com. Please include your phone number along with your full name.

Please note: you are not a plaintiff in this action until you receive a copy of the consent/retainer form, with Gregory K. McGillivary’s signature on it, and a letter from MSE in which MSE and YLO agrees to represent you.
