On May 31, 2023, Financial Institution Service Corporation discovered that its network had been subject to to unauthorized activity and began investigating. Financial Institution Service Corporation determined that its employees and/or consumers’ personal information may have been compromised, including:

  • Name
  • Financial account number
  • Credit/debit card number with pin/security code
