On April 10, 2024, Young Consulting LLC discovered that its network had been subject to unauthorized activity and began investigating. Young Consulting LLC finished its investigation and determined that its employees and/or consumers’ personal information may have been compromised, including:

- Change your passwords and security information for online accounts;
- Review your account statements for unauthorized activity;
- Monitor your credit reports for signs of identity theft;
- Contact the credit bureaus to request a temporary fraud alert;
- Carefully review the notice you received from Young Consulting LLC;
- Keep a copy of the notice for your records; and
- Enroll in the identity theft and credit monitoring services offered in the notice from Young Consulting LLC.
