The AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee (LCC) recently convened to form a Diversity and Racial Justice Committee. MSE associate Nicole Faut was chosen to be a member of this newly formed committee to tackle a wide range of diversity and racial justice initiatives, several of which being the establishment of an anti-racist training program, ensuring internal programs combat racial injustice, assisting in creating diverse partnerships, increasing mentorship and recruitment of labor lawyers of color, and the establishment of an LCC Racial Justice Fund.

Nicole Faut is joined by 15 other labor lawyers spanning from New York to Florida to California. We here at MSE are excited to see all that Nicole and this committee will accomplish together.

Legal Representation for All Workers

When McGillivary Steele Elkin LLP decides to take your case, it is because we believe there is an unacceptable workplace violation that has negatively impacted you or resulted in your employer paying less than what the law requires and which we have a reasonable chance of remedying. We recognize that meritorious claims should not go unremedied because of the level of a person’s resources.

To ensure accessible and available legal representation for all our clients, MSE handles cases through different forms of fee arrangements, including contingency fees, hourly fees and fixed fees.
