On or around September 22, 2022, Cornwell Quality Tools discovered that its network had been subject to unauthorized activity and began investigating.

On March 20, 2023, Forever 21 discovered a cyber incident that impacted a limited number of systems and began investigating. Forever 21 finished its investigation which revealed that an unauthorized third party accessed certain Forever 21 systems at various times between January 5, 2023 and March 21, 2023.

On March 26, 2023,, MW Components discovered that its network was victim to a ransomware attack and began investigating.

On February 22, 2023, Gaston College discovered that its server environment had been subject to unauthorized activity and began investigating.

On March 1, 2023, Smoothie King discovered that its network had been subject to unauthorized activity and began investigating.

On August 11, 2023, Cornerstone Energy Services discovered that its network had been subject to unauthorized activity on July 25, 2023, and began investigating.

On March 29, 2023, Discord discovered that the third-party customer service provider used to address certain user requests was compromised and began investigating. An unauthorized person gained access to the account of an agent of this service provider and accessed some of the agent’s support tickets.

On May 10, 2023, Tesla was informed by a foreign media outlet, Handelsblatt, that two former Tesla employees had misappropriated information from the company and provided it to Handelsblatt. Tesla began investigating.

On June 1, 2023, BankCard USA discovered suspicious activity relating to their computer systems and began investigating.
