On or around April 26, 2023, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors discovered that an individual had gained unauthorized access to their network and certain Carlisle data and began investigating. Carlisle Wide Plank Floors finished its investigation on August 11, 2023, and determined that personal information may have been compromised.
