On August 21, 2023, NASCO discovered that its network had been subject to to unauthorized activity. NASCO determined that its employees and/or customers’ personal information may have been compromised.

On August 21, 2023, NASCO discovered that its network had been subject to to unauthorized activity and began investigating. NASCO finished its investigation and determined that its employees and/or customers’ personal information may have been compromised, including:

  • Name
  • Social security number

NASCO notified the current and former employees and/or customers whose personal information was compromised on October 27. 2023. If you’ve received notice from NASCO that your personal information was compromised, consider doing certain things to protect your personal information:

  • Change your passwords and security information for online accounts;
  • Review your account statements for unauthorized activity;
  • Monitor your credit reports for signs of identity theft;
  • Contact the credit bureaus to request a temporary fraud alert;
  • Carefully review the notice you received from NASCO;
  • Keep a copy of the notice for your records; and
  • Enroll in the identity theft and credit monitoring services offered in the notice from NASCO.
