On March 13, 2023, Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe, LLC discovered that its network had been subject to to unauthorized activity and began investigating. Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe, LLC finished its investigation and determined that its employees’ personal information may have been compromised, including:

  • Social Security number
