On or around May 14, 2023, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP discovered that a third-party electronic discovery vendor it utilized had suffered a cybersecurity incident and began investigating. Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP finished its investigation on July 20, 2023, and determined that personal information contained in the documents maintained by that vendor may have been compromised.
